Here at Happy Dog, we have our Academy's committee who have come together to form a plan, of our principles. You will see through your program of training, and experiences with our team. We believe these are the key to your success and of course ours.
1, Be Passionate. We feel this is number one in our commitment to you, loving what we do, and showing it through our programs.
2, Caring. Be there to help the dog's and owners being empathic and non judgemental.
3, Be hands on. With the dogs. Learning by doing, has to be the best way to learn any skills. By giveing you the skills, to succeed.
4, Trainers should carry on there study's. Through out the year our training staff carry on with studies, Studying hard to give our client's the best advice possible.
5, Open minded. Seek to understand our clients, be open minded. Not all people or dogs are the same.
6, Deliver great customer service. A good customer care comes naturally when you follow the principles above. Be there even after there time with you is over. Show everyone you care then you will succeed.
7, As a not-for-profit Academy. All Training staff, committee Members, Trustees are volunteer's, 100% of the profit goes into making the Academy Better, stronger. Giving every member the opportunity to take part in our training program. Including rescue dogs.
